ABOUT US

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality engineering projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering and design, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in designing both steel and concrete structures.
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Excellent command of UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes (e.g., ADM, DMT, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Immediate availability to join will be given strong preference.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and develop detailed structural design calculations and drawings for both steel and concrete structures, ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards and international codes (BS, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.).
  • Develop and review floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings with accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
  • Conduct comprehensive structural analysis to ensure the structural integrity, stability, and safety of designs.
  • Provide technical support throughout all project phases including design, tendering, construction, and inspections.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to structural works.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
  • Liaise with local authorities for design submissions, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality and safety standards.
