About the Role

Creative Home is seeking a versatile, hands-on Structural & Design Engineer with proven UAE experience in high-end residential villa projects, including new builds, structural modifications, extensions, and rebuilds.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end structural modeling, engineering calculations, producing integrated structural and MEP drawing sets, and managing authority approval submissions (Dubai Municipality / DDA / Trakhees / Master Developers).
