JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with extensive consultancy experience in residential villa projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and documentation, with proven experience managing villa projects from concept to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably in consultancy handling villa projects in the UAE.
• Proficient in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or similar).
• Knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and international standards (BS, Eurocode, ACI).
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Prepare structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential villa projects.
• Review architectural and MEP designs to ensure structural feasibility and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, international standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare reports, specifications, and tender documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
