1 - Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or related field.
2 - Construction Industry OHS White Card.
3 - Proven Experience in structural engineering.
4 - Exposure to or experience on building site and building construction practices.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

1. Providing engineering support and advice to the company regarding engineering design sand support services as required including conceptual and detailed engineering designs.
2. Modelling different types of structures using Revit and Tekla software.
3. Familiar with AutoCAD Software.
4. Being responsible for technical delivery of a wide range of structural projects including commercial buildings and residential buildings.
5. Reviewing engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
6. Being responsible for project costings, monitoring project performance and budget ensuring that key dates are met and projects remain within budget.
7. Contribute to technical development across the Structural section.
8. Assisting the project team to produce schematic, preliminary, tender & construction documentation submissions.
9. Participate in the construction phases of projects including undertaking site inspections, approval of shop drawings, assessment of financial claims and variations and undertaking defect inspections.
10. Attend weekly internal resourcing meetings and assist with project planning and resourcing.
11. Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
12. Responding to workshop & construction site queries
13. Familiar with different types of Australian Building Codes and Standards, AS1170, AS3600, AS4100, AS3700, AS1720
