We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with real estate developer-side experience to act as the discipline focal point on the Client’s side for large-scale and complex developments. The role will be responsible for technical oversight, design and drawing reviews, consultant and contractor coordination, tender evaluation, value engineering, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, budget, and programme. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction and handover.
