REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer with multi-state registration capability
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Revit experience is a plus—but if you’re not familiar, you’ll learn on the job
• Ability to work at a desk and also perform site visits that may involve ladders and physical movement

• Prepare design calculations, analysis, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates
• Generate detailed engineering reports and narratives
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits and structural inspections
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage projects and build client relationships as your leadership skills grow
