We are looking for a Structural Engineer who will be responsible for delivering structural design across mining and mineral processing projects. You will work across steel and reinforced concrete structures from concept through to detailed design and site support, ensuring safe, compliant and buildable outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver structural designs for steel and reinforced concrete structures in accordance with relevant Australian Standards Perform structural analysis using SpaceGass and apply sound engineering judgement to validate results Develop and review structural calculations, 2D/3D models and detailed fabrication drawings Design and review concrete foundations and structural steel systems including conveyor structures and equipment supports Ensure designs consider constructability, operability, maintainability and site installation constraints Conduct design checking and peer reviews to maintain quality, accuracy and compliance Collaborate with mechanical and project teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions Identify and manage structural design risks early in the project lifecycle Support site teams during installation and commissioning as required This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests. Brainbox's location: Sto.
