Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Tabuk, KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural design development, comprehensive technical review, and structural analysis of complex buildings and infrastructure components. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of massive giga-projects transforming the region, providing vital technical guidance and contributing to the overall success of our multidisciplinary engineering team. What You'll Be Doing Lead the design, development, and modification of complex concrete and steel structures utilizing advanced structural analysis and design software. Review and validate structural design submittals, contractor shop drawings, technical specifications, and calculations to ensure complete alignment with project guidelines and international standards. Perform technical, over-the-shoulder structural reviews to evaluate project constructability, value engineering options, and component maintainability. Conduct routine site observations and field inspections to verify construction compliance with approved design drawings, method statements, and strict quality control procedures. Provide clear technical input, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers, designers, and CAD/BIM modelers working within the project team. Coordinate extensively with cross-functional discipline leads (Architecture, MEP, Geotechnical, and Infrastructure) to resolve complex design interfaces and track progress milestones. What Required Skills You'll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or related field in Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural engineering and design experience, with a proven track record on large-scale infrastructure, high-rise, or complex multi-use master-planned developments. Middle East project experience is a significant advantage. What Desired Skills You'll Bring Technical Tools: High proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE) and a strong working knowledge of CAD/BIM integration. Codes & Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of international structural building codes (AISC, ACI, Eurocodes) and familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write detailed engineering reports and clearly present technical solutions to clients and senior management.
