IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree with a Structural focus is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience of professional experience in structural design of buildings. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Abilities to mentor staff and successfully lead a project team is a plus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin. PE licenses in other Midwest states is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary.
  • Experience in Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management is preferred.
