We’re a fast-growing company experiencing strong demand, and we’re looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team and help us take our projects to the next level.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer with experience in prefab and modular construction. You will work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure our builds meet all structural requirements, codes, and standards. This role will start on a part-time contract basis with the intention to transition into a full-time position as our project load continues to grow.
This position offers flexible hours and is fully remote, allowing you to work from home. While our head office is in Calgary and our shop is in Leduc, your role will not require regular on-site presence—though occasional site visits may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta (or eligible for registration)
  • Experience in prefab/modular construction preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and Alberta Building Codes
  • Proficient in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
