Seguin Morris is seeking a Professional Engineer to join our dynamic team in shaping Canada’s telecommunications infrastructure. If you are a licensed engineer in Quebec with a solid foundation in structural steel design and a passion for telecommunications, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Drafters and Site Inspectors to design and evaluate telecommunications structures, including all types of communication towers and rooftop installations used across Canada. Whether you’re leading the original design of new towers and foundations or analyzing the integrity of existing structures, you will serve as the Engineer of Record, supported by a skilled and collaborative team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the structural design and analysis of communication towers and rooftop installations
• Ensure compliance with Canadian industry standards and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cost-effective, client-centered solutions
• Review and sign off on engineering drawings and reports
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed
