REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in structural works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in preparing inspection requests, QA/QC documentation, and liaising with RTOs and authorities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and structural engineering works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests for structural works, including Inspection Forms for RTO inspections .
• Coordinate and carry out site inspections with the RTO, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Manage and monitor QA/QC control of structural works , including coordination with subcontractors to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Supervise structural construction activities to ensure workmanship, materials, and methods comply with design intent and code requirements.
• Identify, report, and resolve technical and site issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
