Our WSP Property and Buildings Structures currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer join our growing team in Sydney.
Our Building Structures group are a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in every major city across Australia.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate we are looking for will have:

• Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering);
• Typically 3-4+ years’ industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
• Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept
• Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous)
• Previous experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly regarded

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Structural Engineer you will:

• Project lead work across the design, tender and delivery phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in compliance with relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
• Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
