Description

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Structural Engineering Director for their Cleveland, Ohio team! Responsibilities: Lead the design of public/private development projects Build a strong engineering team (including recruiting) Build/maintain client relationships through marketing structural engineering capabilities, project/client interviews, and working directly with facility owners Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals Coordinate with in-house project team members Ensure projects meet QA/QC standards including reviewing designs prepared by others Lead/work on multiple projects concurrently Requirements: BS in Civil/Structural Engineering 12+ years of structural design experience (including a variety of building/system types) PE License Experience leading design teams Experience designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial) Salary is commensurate with experience.
