Description EwingCole is a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm with offices across the country. Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking a full-time Structural Engineering Intern to join our Philadelphia or Baltimore office in Summer 2026. As part of the Structural Engineering Discipline, the Structural Intern will utilize AutoCAD, Revit and other structural design software to design and document structural systems, plans and details for buildings with the guidance of Structural Project Engineers. Essential Functions: Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce structural construction documents. Utilize structural software for design and analysis tasks with the guidance of Structural Project Engineers. Review submittals. Develop structural sections and details. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Requirements Enrolled in an ABET program pursuing a BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration or Architectural Engineering Technical knowledge of engineering principles and their application to the design and analysis of structural systems Familiarity with building codes and material design codes as they relate to structural engineering Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills EwingCole will not be accepting outside recruitment assistance on this position including from agencies with a written agreement in place.
