o Maintain and update a comprehensive and accurate database of cost rates, supplier pricing and historical project data to support future estimations.

o Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools and methodologies.
o Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, including Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and the Management team, to ensure estimates are aligned with project delivery requirements and objectives.
o Communicate with architects, engineers, clients and other external stakeholders to clarify project specifications, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary information.
o Participate in meetings to discuss project details, scope clarifications, and final pricing.

o Proven experience in a similar role as a Construction Estimator, or related field.
o Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
o Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
