JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Fabricator with strong technical knowledge in piping, tubing, and structural fabrication. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in steel plant or oil & gas projects, and the ability to lead a team of technicians while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a fabricator in the construction industry.
• Experience in steel plant and/or oil & gas projects.
• Strong technical skills in piping, tubing, and structural fabrication.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Skilled in the use of relevant hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent leadership and crew management abilities.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Perform fabrication work for piping, tubing, and structural components as per drawings.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings for piping and structural fabrication.
• Assemble structures accurately in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools (grinding machine, gas cutting set, drilling machine) efficiently and safely.
• Lead and supervise a crew of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe work environment at the worksite.
• Demonstrate good safety practices and behavior with team members and supervisors.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the supervisor as required.
