We are seeking highly motivated and energetic stainless steel pipe and tube welder to join our growing organization. In this role you will lead the fabrication effort to build sanitary process equipment. The successful candidate will work with a team of talented engineers, quality assurance experts and highly skilled trades people to delivery state of the art process systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as stainless steel tube fitter in a pharma or semi conductor industry
• TIG welding experience in 6G position
• Stick welding as per AWS D1.6 (beneficial)
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, equipment and fabrication drawings
• Safety oriented, observing proper lifting techniques and safe use of all equipment
• Able to work well under pressure while striving to meet commitments to clients
• High attention to detail in all areas of work
• Quality focused approach to work
• Collaborative work approach

• Leadership role including mentoring and training
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications
• Fit- up and welding of stainless steel sanitary tube, pipe, and associated components for pharmaceutical and hygienic process equipment
• Will work primarily with stainless steel tube (thickness – 0.035 inch to 0.29 inch)
• Participate in constructability and design reviews
