The Structural Heart Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Structural Heart program, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal program performance. This role serves as the central point of coordination between patients, physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members. The coordinator facilitates patient evaluation, procedural planning, data management, and quality improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION & OUTREACH:

• Participate in community outreach and physician education to promote awareness and appropriate referrals to the Structural Heart program.
• Provide education to internal staff and departments regarding program
  Minimum Required Experience Type: 3 years clinical experience
  Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  Type: BSN or Applied Health and Sciences
  Required Certification/License: : RN or ARRT
