We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Inspector - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive on-site inspections and evaluations. Tower’s experience is a requirement.

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
• Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliant work with a keen analytical eye
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
• Provide well-reasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
• Stay updated on local building codes, international standards, and industry best practices
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and structural integrity
