Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector - Site to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through on-site inspections and evaluations.

  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in buildings projects
  • Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans
  • Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliant work
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address structural issues
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Utilize inspection equipment and tools to assess structural integrity
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
  • Stay updated on local building codes and industry best practices
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
