We are seeking a confident and experienced Structural Project Engineer to lead and manage structural and construction projects across both office and on-site environments. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, structural design knowledge, and the ability to make informed decisions, resolve challenges, and drive projects to successful completion in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

Experience:

• Structural in UAE: 5 years (Required

• Lead structural projects from concept through to installation, coordinating seamlessly between design teams, clients, site staff, and fabrication partners.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients—translating complex structural concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
• Prepare, review, and optimize structural drawings and technical documents, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes.
• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of steel and metal structural components, maintaining engineering standards at every stage.
• Supervise site works, address technical issues swiftly, and uphold strict safety and quality requirements.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables—providing timely progress reports and proactively mitigating risks or delays.
• Drive continuous improvement in structural systems, fabrication techniques, material usage, and installation practices.
