We are 100% employee-owned (ESOP) and offer outstanding health care coverage and other benefits, including: * Affordable Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * Company paid Life and Disability Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Paid Caregiver Leave Program * 401K Retirement Plan (Traditional and Roth options) * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Career Development Programs * And more… * Benefits | JMT [https://jmt.com/careers/benefits/]   Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope * Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects * Perform design computations * Design projects in accordance with client specifications and guidelines, using design software and drawing tools * Develop construction cost estimates * Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction * Prepare and compile contract plans, specifications and estimates * Manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines * Develop extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals * Prepare proposals as required * Attend meetings with clients * Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project completion by the defined deadline and established quality * Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team   Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
