WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

We are seeking a thorough Structural Inspector – Quality to ensure the integrity, compliance, and quality of structural components within our manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and processes to verify adherence to industry standards, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Structural Inspector will collaborate with production teams and quality assurance personnel to identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous im provement initiatives.

Perform inspections on structural components and materials to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

  • Conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods as needed.
  • Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in reports and records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve structural integrity.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive measures to address defects.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes for adherence to quality control procedures and industry regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain inspection tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Support audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to structural quality.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
