We’re looking for a confident and capable Intermediate Structural Technician to join our growing team in Auckland. If you have strong Revit modelling experience and enjoy working across an interesting range of projects, relish the challenge of utilising new technologies, in a progressive environment, then we would like to hear from you. About the role As a Structural Technician with us, you will be delivering high-quality detailed structural documentation across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll be trusted to manage your own projects from concept through to completion, while contributing to the overall capability of the team. Working closely with engineers and the wider design team, your responsibilities will include: Developing accurate, detailed Revit models and documentation Managing and delivering your own projects with minimal supervision Supporting both conceptual and detailed design phases Coordinating documentation and managing scope changes Conducting on-site construction monitoring and contributing to technical reporting Assisting the Team Leader with mentoring and coaching junior technicians We offer A great team environment, competitive remuneration package, flexible working, professional development and ongoing career progression. About you You’re someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and has the confidence to run projects independently.
