Sales Representative - Structural Metals Location: Columbia City, IN (office-based with required travel) Triad Metals International - Established 1987 Triad Metals International is a privately held, relationship-driven distributor of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling, and plate serving the United States and Canada. We combine long-standing industry expertise with forward-looking innovation to deliver dependable service and build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and teammates. We're seeking a motivated, self-directed; Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region. This is a results-oriented, hands-on role that manages the full sales cycle-from quoting through shipment-working closely with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams. What you'll do Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues. Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory. Maintain and grow relationships with current customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office in Columbia City, IN. What we're looking for 2+ years of sales experience. Strong client relationship skills, and problem-solving ability. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. What we offer Competitive base salary plus commission.
