EDUCATION:

• Post-secondary school education in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field and previous Structural Steel detailing experience. A bachelor’s degree is an asset.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Structural Steel and miscellaneous detailing plus 5 years experience in project coordination, or a related role within the construction, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Tekla, Revit, or similar detailing software is highly desirable.

SKILLS:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
