Description
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings for structural steel projects using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Coordinate with the design team, site engineers, and fabricators to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings and convert them into steel fabrication details.
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cutting lists as required.
Revise drawings as per client comments, site conditions, or engineering updates.
Ensure all drawings adhere to applicable engineering standards, authority guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
Maintain a well-organized drawing database and ensure timely delivery of drawings to relevant departments.
