QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior at least 2years experience in structural steel erection required with metal structure
• Ability to read technical plans and follow directions
• Comfortable working at elevated heights on construction projects
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
• need work overtime after basic hours
• need work at night job when necessary

• Assemble and install structural steel frameworks and components
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
• Use cranes, rigging gear, and power tools to align and secure steel
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and on-site safety procedures
• Work at heights and collaborate with the field team and supervisors
