Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating structural steel components according to project specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Your work will directly contribute to the success of construction and industrial projects, supporting the structural integrity of various builds. Responsibilities Fabricate structural steel components by cutting, bending, and assembling materials according to blueprints and technical drawings. Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality steel parts. Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure fabrication meets project requirements and timelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety regulations and company policies. Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting on materials and supplies needed for fabrication processes. Document fabrication processes and completed work for quality assurance and project tracking. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in steel fabrication preferred. Proven experience as a Structural Steel Fabricator or in a related fabrication role. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, tools, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle fabrication tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with welding and other joining techniques is an advantage.
Responsibilities
