Requirements Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM as required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and lifting. Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced. Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1 – 70lbs frequently. Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp/reach overhead and outward frequently. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment while wearing vision and hearing protection, steel toed shoes, gloves and any other required protective equipment. Duties & Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment such as saws, grinders, presses and drills in accordance with prints and specifications. Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications. Maintains logs of inventory traceability. Report and document any material, production, or quality issues. Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company safety standards and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing facility preferred. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Ability to work with the metric system Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
