Job Responsibilities: Be a team member of the structure discipline. Good knowledge of E3D modelling - design of structural items. Good knowledge of E3D drawing production. Self-check and check of others work related to structural items and details (clash check). Multi discipline cooperation Follow engineering standards and processes Required Education: Bachelor degree or minimum Technical College 5 years of relevant work experience Required Work Experience: It is an advantage that the candidate has some knowledge about E3D draw, E3D design or familiar with other 3D modelling tools Experience with and/or interest in programming tools for software development Required Qualifications: Good communication skills Ability to cooperate effectively and contribute in diverse, multicultural team environments Ability to work independently as well as in team Good technical understanding Be systematic and accurate Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written; Norwegian is an advantage Work Location: Aibel Asker Planned start date: 02/02/2026 Planned end date: 30/09/2026
