KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise structural steel dismantling, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee piping fabrication and installation.
• Induct and manage site employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Identify and respond to non-conformances and close calls.
• Maintain accurate records and support continual improvement processes.
