JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+12 license to join our consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with an engineering consultant in the UAE and will be well-versed in structural design, DM regulations, and project coordination from concept through to construction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 Structural Engineer License.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience working with a recognized engineering consultant.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and international structural standards.
• Proficient in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Experience:

• UAE Consultancy: 4 years (Required)

• Perform structural analysis and design of buildings up to G+12 in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and UAE building codes.
• Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit structural drawings and documents to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approval.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise structural works to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare structural assessment reports, technical submittals, and progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during the design and construction stages.
