This is a non-union position and may require travel. Responsibilities Roughing in, terminating, and testing copper cabling. Fiber termination experience is a plus Installing pathway supports such as j-hooks and ladder trays Servicing/troubleshooting network cabling in a commercial environment Installing closet hardware including backboards, connecting blocks, racks, patch panels and fiber enclosures Experience: Cabling: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Framingham, MA 01701 (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off
Responsibilities
Technicians will be responsible for roughing in, terminating, and testing copper cabling, as well as installing pathway supports like j-hooks and ladder trays. Duties also include servicing and troubleshooting network cabling in commercial environments and installing various closet hardware.
