Job Title: ELO6 Licensed Structured Cabling Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: 40+ Hours/Week DAY SHIFT, no travel

License Requirement: ELO6 Electrical License REQUIRED

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable ELO6 Licensed Technician to join our team for structured cabling projects in the Seattle area. This is a position with consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial low voltage installations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid ELO6 Electrical License (WA State – REQUIRED)
• 2+ years of low voltage or structured cabling experience
• Proficient in the use of testing tools (Fluke, OTDR, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with access control, CCTV, or AV systems
• OSHA 10/30 certification a plus

• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber, coax, etc.)
• Build and service MDF/IDF rooms, including rack and stack
• Work with pathways, cable trays, and conduits
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and scope documentation
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, Washington state codes, and job site safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and other technicians
