Description

Assisting with legal questions arising in respect of bespoke transactions. A Lawyer with strong derivatives trading and structured finance transactions. Experience in credit derivatives would be preferred, but not essential. England and Wales qualified. Good knowledge of EU/UK financial services regulation. At least 5-8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Responsibilities

Assist with legal questions related to bespoke transactions. Provide legal support in structured finance and derivatives trading.
