Participate to the pre-trade & post-sales effort, closely working with dedicated institutional and retail sales Participate to the development of new products/payoffs Work with internal Trading and Strategy teams to understand market trends and trading ideas, as well as working with Sales for training and educating on product trends. Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics To be considered for this role, you will need to have existing structuring experience. This is not an entry level position. Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner. An understanding of how to assess the risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
