JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in client meetings and take the lead in structuring conventional and innovative financing solutions.

• Analyzing various performing and non-performing portfolios in order to structure financing solutions in securitization format whilst interacting with the Credit function to find the best risk/return profile for the Bank.
• Coordinate the various technical components of a credit file with the specialists concerned (Structuring, Legal, Tax, Credit Trading, Financial Offer, GRM, etc.).
• Present credit files to the Credit Committee.
• Contribute to the proper monitoring of risks arising from active management of every structured deal launched.
• Actively share knowledge and expertise within the Credit department and teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

The role involves originating, structuring, and implementing Private Credit financing solutions in a securitization format. Key responsibilities include portfolio analysis and structuring, preparing sales and investor materials, conducting profitability analyses, and interacting with the Credit functions. Leadership and knowledge sharing with junior colleagues are essential, along with collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
