About the role There is currently a job opening “Structures Repairs Shop Technician”, in the Shops Department. As a Structures Repairs Shop Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and modifications to the aircraft’s structural elements and for the overhauling metallic and composite aircraft components at the workshop in accordance with the high endurance and tolerance standards set by both the manufacturers and the regulatory authorities. If you are eager to master new procedures quickly and you enjoy working with tools and aircraft equipment in a fast pace environment this role is for you. What you will do: Primarily accomplish any task, related to structure shop requirements, i.e. structural tasks on aircraft, metallic &composite parts repairs, modifications and replacements Repair and overhaul the metallic and composite components, within the company structure shop approved capability, to a standard of airworthiness in accordance with approved maintenance manuals Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to specifications, blueprints and engineering drawings. Support the maintenance technicians in order structural maintenance tasks to be performed You fit, if you cover the following requirements: High School Diploma EASA Part-66 License is preferred 2 years of professional experience in rolling operations/ sheet metals repairs, preferably in aviation Knowledge of MS Office Training certifications in aircraft sheet metal repair techniques and in in composite aircraft repair techniques will be considered an asset Fluency in oral and written Greek &English and you have competence in: Communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with team members Working collaboratively Problem-solving, prioritizing and time management Demonstrating attention to detail Working in a flexible way If you pursue your career journey with Aegean, on top of a challenging job, we offer: A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization Flight tickets Private health insurance scheme
