ABOUT US

Threestones Alliance Inc. is a growing, Alberta-based contractor specializing in exterior envelope construction — including stucco, siding, EIFS, and stone veneer systems. Founded by tradespeople for tradespeople, we value leadership, quality workmanship, safety, and a team-first approach. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Stucco Foreman/Supervisor to lead our site crews and ensure the successful execution of residential and commercial projects across Alberta.

As a Stucco Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations related to stucco and EIFS installations. • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in construction
  • In-depth knowledge of WRBs, insulation systems, mesh/lath, and finish applications

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and specifications
  • Valid Fall Protection and WHMIS (CSTS is an asset)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work at heights and in variable weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
