Master’s degree in a related field (Health Care, Education, Psychology, Administration, etc.) preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in post-secondary or healthcare settings. Experience in diverse and inclusive environments is essential.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Student Affairs and Career Advising Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive support of undergraduate medical students across the College of Medicine. This includes student wellness, academic and personal support, accommodations, and career advising. The role integrates mentorship programming, residency application support, and wellness initiatives to ensure students receive holistic and equitable support throughout their medical education.
