We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Student Affairs Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Promoting and executing various scholarships and awards including financial support for global learning activities; Providing support for administration, implementation and disbursement of scholarship/award schemes funded by various stakeholders including HKMU, donors, government and external parties; Planning and organizing mass-scale activities including annual scholarship celebration event and training sessions; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date scholarship/ financial assistance records in the web-based systems; Providing support for committee work and office administration; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognized degree, preferably with relevant work experience; Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese (including Putonghua);Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with strong sense of ownership and responsibility; and High computer-literacy, excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese (including Putonghua); Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, have knowledge and experience in using system would be an advantage. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
