Our portfolio supports planning, resource management, academic delivery, and process optimisation across the College’s diverse disciplines, including Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical Science, Biomedical and Life Science, Sport and Movement Sciences, Built Environment and Engineering. Within this portfolio, Student and Resource Management (SRM) is a key work stream responsible for: * Coordinating unit offerings and course sequencing * Managing timetabling inputs and specialist facility requirements * Overseeing sessional staff contracting and workload data * Producing analytical reports that guide College-level decisions * Driving continuous improvement in resource management We are a collaborative, data-driven team that values proactive planning, strong stakeholder relationships, and service excellence. About the Role:  This pivotal role leads the coordination of the College’s unit offerings, resource planning, and the complex administrative frameworks that underpin our academic delivery. Reporting to the College Operations Manager, you will manage a small, dedicated  team to navigate the "puzzle" of sessional contracting and timetabling.  You won’t just be managing a process, you will be a key collaborator, working alongside Heads of Program, Central Timetabling, Technical Services, and Course Unit Advisors to resolve intricate space and workload challenges. Position Key Duties  A key focus of the role is advancing SRM toward proactive and preventative planning.  By building team capability, and ensuring operational continuity during peak cycles. You will also generate high-level data insights to support resource decisions, monitor student load trends, and maintain the integrity of College workload reporting.
