Your new role As our new Student Assistant, you will provide commercial and administrative support to the Power Systems Global Competence Centre. You will be part of our Power Systems department, a globally connected unit of approximately 30 specialists working closely with clients and suppliers on large utility-scale electrical power projects, forming the backbone of tomorrows energy system. In this role you’ll join a dynamic, globally connected team delivering a broad portfolio of international projects. You will engage regularly with clients and suppliers across sectors and regions, supporting commercial activities from initial enquiries through delivery and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. The position is ideal for a student looking for practical commercial experience alongside their studies. Your key responsibilities will be: Provide general administrative support to the team Assist with the design, preparation and formatting of documents and presentations for internal and external use. Maintain and update records, contact lists and basic CRM entries. Support meeting logistics: scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items. Carry out basic research and ad-hoc administrative tasks to support team activities and efficiency.
