Your tasks ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This role supports the team in strengthening quality standards and building effective business partner relationships across ISCC’s global certification body network. The role combines analytical work with coordination and stakeholder communication, offering hands‑on experience within a dynamic and growing organisation. High‑performing candidates may have the opportunity to transition into a full‑time role based on performance and organisational needs. Here, your main tasks will be: Data Analysis & Administration Support the administration, evaluation, and analysis of CB surveys, system and performance data Assist with CB risk model testing, data validation, and quality checks Maintain and structure CB‑related datasets and documentation System & Account Management Support Support CB‑related system maintenance and data updates Assist in the development and improvement of CB account management systems and tools Contribute to tracking workflows, action items, and process documentation Administrative & Team Support Support internal coordination through documentation, meeting notes, and action tracking Assist with CB onboarding processes and related administrative tasks Provide general administrative support to the CB Management team as needed Meeting, Communication & Coordination Support the preparation and organisation of CB meetings (agenda coordination, materials, logistics) Draft communications, meeting notes, summaries, and follow‑up actions Support stakeholder communication and content organisation across CB‑related activities Your profile Enrolled student in environmental sciences, circular economy, renewable energy, chemistry, bioeconomy, business management or similar with an availability of 16–20 hours for at least one year Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 both written and spoken), additional languages will be of advantage Minimum of 6-months of project‑based experience or at least good theoretical knowledge of project management, knowledge of certification bodies is an asset Ability to write clear, concise meeting summaries and documentation Interest in sustainability, certification systems, compliance, or governance topics is highly desirable A high degree of attention to detail and strong data analysis skills Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information Excellent time management and self-organisation An approachable and reliable team player Why us? Responsibilities
