Job Description:
Performs routine manual work in custodial branch of Facilities department; may perform other tasks as assigned. Duties performed are generally manual requiring a willingness to work. Duties include sweeping and dust mopping floors, damp mopping floors, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash baskets, washing chalkboards, washing windows, composting and recycling; other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, willingness to work late afternoon and evening hours as academic schedule permits, good physical condition. Previous experience not necessary.
Hourly Rate: $16.00
Responsibilities
The role involves performing routine manual custodial work within the Facilities department, including tasks such as sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Additional duties encompass emptying trash baskets, washing chalkboards, washing windows, and managing composting and recycling.
