This position offers the opportunity to take part in CRM Digital Transformation; where we identify, define, develop, and implement the mix of process, technology, and culture to improve the customer’s experience with personalized yet automated digital journeys. We are passionate about using technology to solve our customers supply chain challenges.

YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsible for Cx Agent Onboarding and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Assisting Cx Product Owners with General Feature Enhancements user stories
  • Assisting Product Owners in developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating various innovative projects on CRM
  • Supporting Product Owners and Leaders with analyses, data insights and reports
  • Assisting with administrative tasks when needed for offsites or other department tasks
  • Taking part in everyone having FUN at work
