YOUR MISSION

  • Manage and answer Customer Support tickets in a timely manner, investigating reported technical issues, finding patterns and suggesting solutions to users
  • Identify customer needs and requirements by gathering and analysing customer feedback and requests, and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
  • Test new features as part of our QA processes
  • Keep customers updated on changes to the product and new features
