Boost our team
At our office in Hellerup, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our IT Department. Today the department consists of approximately 60 employees. You will be part of the IT PMO team, a group of 6 IT project managers & student assistants, and a number of external IT project managers.
You will report to Katja Haugsted Madsen, Manager of IT PMO.
Responsibilities

Our vaccines make a real difference to people, and no matter your role we all contribute to protecting lives every day. Your tasks will include:

  • IT Project Management Support
  • Coordinating tasks across PMO activities
  • Making presentations for meetings – hence PPT skills are required
  • Support on reporting using DevOps and Excel
  • Meeting facilitation (i.e., Workshops, IT Board, Project Status Meetings)
  • Meeting coordination (booking of meetings)
  • Business Process Mapping & Optimization
  • Ad hoc tasks across the IT Department

Personal qualifications

  • You have a positive, creative, and curious mindset
  • You are structured and analytical in your way of working
  • You have a natural drive, an eagerness to learn, and are not afraid to present to others
  • You are fluent in both Danish and English
  • You are currently in the final stage of your bachelor’s degree or in the early stage of your master’s degree

Professional qualifications

  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Advantage if you know MS Azure DevOps and/or Power BI

Practicalities

  • Working hours: Range of 15-20 hours a week (with due consideration to your studies)
  • Workplace: Hellerup
  • Preferred starting date: As soon as possible
